Duties

AFTERNOON DRINKS

1.30 pm -Arrange with bar staff before game, pay for orange at bar

Take Jugs out on field before play

Ensure plastics cups are in kit bag for use

These must be washed up for use later (do at tea)

3.15pm take jugs to bar for filling

TEA

4.50pm Leave field 10 minutes before declaration or 4.50pm LATEST

AFTER TEA DRINKS

Make sure cups are washed

5.00pm take jugs to bar for filling for 6.30pm drink

Take Jugs out on field before play

TEA

Leave field 10 minutes before declaration or 4.50pm LATEST

If done by one of us, one of the opposition has to be asked to stand in for 10 minutes whilst the player leaves the field

Boil 2 kettles, add tea bags to pot and boil 3rd for a top up (Keep topped up during tea)

Put sandwiches and cakes and plates out when players arrive

Show opposition to tables first

AFTER TEA

Throw plates and polystyrene cups away

Put kettle, sugar, spoons in red bag and put in changing room

Put teapot in stumps bag

Wash jugs and plastic cups for DRINKS , take out on field for later

Collect cups up and put in red bag for later

AFTER Match

Take round uneaten sandwiches to visitors

Kit required

Buy 3 pints of Milk (put in COOLBAG at match)

Buy 20 plastic cups for match drinks and teatime (cold drinks)

Buy 30 polystyrene tea cups

Buy 30 paper plates

In carrying (red) bag

Supply Pot of sugar

Supply Tea spoons

Bring 1 Electric Kettle (to supplement Norbury’s kettle)

Find 1 Antique Club Tea pot (do not lose) in red bag

2 Plastic Jugs (don’t lose)
